I’ve been experimenting with my style a lot the past year – did you know I used to HATE wearing jeans? I was hooked on dresses and skirts and thought jeans made me look masculine, later realising I just wasn’t confident in pairing tops with bottoms, in an effortless manner. In the Fall season, the UK experiences a little roller-coaster of weather phases, once it being sunny and bearable, then extremely freezing and wet. This is one of those outfits I’d wear no matter of the weather, as it can be layered while still looking put together.
Winter is in full swing, and isn’t stopping for anyone! Working in a professional office environment where a pair of joggers and a hoodie aren’t approved while having to wake up extremely early to catch our morning train can be tricky – especially when the air con isn’t working to our favour. But fear no more – here are my three favourite, quick-to-put-together outfits for those chilly days at the office.
Yes, I’m that someone who fell in love with Paris instantly. I’m not only a hopeless romantic (who believes her wedding should be hosted at the Eiffel Tower) but I’m also incredibly fascinated and awed by the fashion sense of French women. To me, it stands out from the mediocre of excess cleavage so very welcome by our generation. The elegance and femininity, is what I truly believe real sense of style is all about. Through my own experience of following style icons such as Eleonora Sebastiani and reading Jamie Cat Callan’s Bonjour, Happiness! where French women are described both personality and superficiality wise, I picked up a few tips on their style which I will share with you today.
